A couple of months ago, I had you make a couple of badges up for my Vietnam unit’s annual reunion, on order #71654. I saw the badges that the reunion organizer had been spending hours and hours laboring over, so I thought I’d have a couple made up by you, show them around the reunion floor, and ask for feedback.

From 12HourAwards: Yes, you can use windex. It is what we use sometimes as well. Rubbing Alcohol will work too. I also apologize for the finger prints. We do clean them before we ship them. It must have been overlooked.

Since you requested feedback about your services I would like to point out two things to think about.
Packaging: It looked to me like you put a 10 year old in a room with all kinds of packing and said “have at it”. The plaque was secure, but what a mess; three or four different kinds of wrappings used very ineffetiently. You really need to look into that.

Great job. The award was perfect also. We asked all the teachers in a high school of 3,500 students to pick one student they had this year that stood out as being a great kid. Six teachers picked this one student! He only has 6 teachers in a given day...so ALL of his teachers picked him without each teacher realizing he was getting picked by another teacher. He is not in the gifted program, he is not a jock, he is a regular...great kid. We felt that a certificate alone was not enough so that is why we called on you at the last minute. Since he is a senior, his last day was today so that is why we needed it in one day. You came through. He was soooooo happy. We asked him to tell us a little about himself. He has only been in this country a few years. Once again, thank you and we will continue to use your services in the future. You made one kid very very happy.
