How long does it take to receive
my order?
Once your order has
been placed, reviewed and paid for, it will be shipped in
time to meet your deadline. Whether you need it tomorrow or
next month, you will give us the date needed and we make sure
it gets there on time. We take the highest pride in not missing
deadlines. 12 hour service is available. However, most orders
will ship within 24-48 hours.

How much is shipping cost?
We
ship all of our orders using UPS. You will receive a tracking
number once your order has been shipped. Shipping cost is
determined by your order deadline date, weight and shipping
destination. However, a $10 flat rate applies on all orders
shipped using UPS ground service.

policy. 12HourAwards.com strives to satisfy you in every part
of your order. If in any way you are not satisfied with the
item you purchased we recommend calling a representative immediately.

Can I change my order?
Yes,
we allow orders to be changed. Please keep in mind that there
is a process for every order. We will work with you to get
the order exactly the way you want it. A proof will be sent
to you on orders where it's possible. It is best to make a
change earlier in the process of your order. However, we can
make a change until the order is shipped. Additional charges
may occur.
